技能要求：
Familiar with Java , XML and RDBMS
* Familiar with AJAX , JavaScript, html/css
* Web application development experience is a great plus
* Familiar with LAMP, Ruby on Rails is a plus
* Familiar with UML is a plus
* Self-motivated and good teamwork
* Creative thinking and quick learner
* Good at English reading/writing/listening. CET6 and fluent oral English are preferred
CETI 和 Web 2.0小组简介：
China Emerging Technology Institute (CETI) is the organization in IBM CDL whose major mission is to establish CDL as a mission lab in IBM WW through development of technical and global leadership skills in CDL and increasing CDL participation in global leadership and mission especially in emerging areas.
The mission of Web2.0 team is to develop latest web technology. We are dedicated to applying latest web technology and most leading edge practice and patterns in the enterprise and exploring the new Enterprise IT areas and methodology for IBM and the industry. Currently our research and development focus area is to study how to make enterprise best leverage public participation and contribution of web2.0 technology and its underlying technical foundation and patterns enabling easy-to-use and interactive capability, together with SOA technology, to make the enterprise IT building easier and quicker.
We have achieved good result already, which has been applied in IBM WebSphere SMash product and Mashup Center application. We are playing an important role in these products , spanning from the technical direction, product architecture design and detailed implementation. In the meanwhile, we have been leading and promoting Web 2.0 technology solution consultant and customer service in Asia-Pacific region, such as GCG, Australia, South Korea and India. We are one of the web2.0 competency center inside IBM.
