Client Servicing
Maintain ongoing co-operation with co-operating Retailer clients based on our contractual agreements to ensure consistency across our marketed services.
Assist our cooperating retailer clients to develop their business through detailed analysis of ACNielsen’s various retail tracking and other value added services
Expand co-operation with both existing and potential retailer clients to improve the quality of ACNielsen’s marketed services.
Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company’s quality standards
Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis
Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
Communicate client needs to appropriate team members
Provide “in office” research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc
Job Specification—Knowledge, skills and abilities required
Education:
Graduate of any Bachelor of Science course from an accredited university in China or abroad. Preferably with an Economics, marketing degree or related courses.
Language Skill:
Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English communication skills
Computer Skill:
Familiar with MS-Office,
Entry level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
1 to 2 years FMCG experience desired (marketing / sales)
Traits:
Initiative, productive, presentable, a team player, logical thinker and high enthusiasm to market research
Ability: Good problem solving skill
