Cisco R&D Internship – SAE – shanghai

The candidate will be working for Cisco China 3.0 Initiative which is one of the Cisco Global top focus and market adjacency.

Job Title: System Application Engineer (intern)
Location: 926 yishan rd., ShangHai
Responsibility:
1.Web Application Design, development & testing.
2.Multimedia Application design, development and deployment.
3.Linux shell script coding.
4.Support UX team with front end design.
5.Vendor communication & management

Capability requirements:
1. Work at least 3 days a week is a must;
2. Proficient in Web Application development(PHP or other scripting language,JSP etc);
3. Proficient in Media Server develpoment and realtime streaming(rtp,rtsp ect) ;
4. Familiar with C & JAVA;
5. Familiar with linux system and comfortable with open source project(VLC ect);
6. Knowledge of video audio coding algorithms (H.264, MPEG-4,AAC etc.) is a plus.
7. Self-motivated team player with good communication skill in both Chinese & English.
